Responsibilities
Assist to produce daily pastries and desserts
Be responsible for mise-en-place preparation
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
Requirements
With relevant experience in pastry kitchen operations. Experience in fine-dining restaurants or luxury hotels would be an advantage
Pleasant, positive-thinking, willing to learn and be a team player
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
