Commis (Main Kitchen)



Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

With relevant culinary academic background or hotel experience. Expience in luxury hotels or reputable restaurants would be an advantage
Self-motivated, Willing to learn with positive mindset
A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken English and Chinese
