For our AC Hotel Würzburg, which opened in November 2021, we are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Supervisor (m/f/d) with a meaningful personality and hands-on mentality.

The AC Hotel Würzburg has 168 rooms with timeless interior design, 6 multifunctional conference rooms, restaurant/bar and terrace that invites you to linger and a well-equipped Fitness Center.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

Management of the shifts including the assumption of arrival and departure formalities as well as cash management
Care of our international guests before, during and after their stay
Ensuring professional complaint handling
Induction of new team members and our trainees at the reception
Design and implementation of trainings
Takeover of projects
Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING…

a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or alternatively a completed degree

Professional experience at the reception, at best in comparable houses

good administrative skills and a high level of social competence

a pronounced quality awareness and high reliability
Good German and English skills, spoken and written, as well as a confident handling of the most common computer systems
