THE POSITION
As marketing manager you will lead the day-to-day marketing efforts for various properties within your region, whereby you implement marketing campaigns and activities in accordance with the region’s demographics and brand image. In this role you will be working closely with the Marketing & PR team and the hotel teams on property.
Job requirements
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You identify marketing goals for Germany together with the Marketing & PR Team to develop creative strategies.
You develop and execute together with our commercial team and the general managers of the hotels crazy ideas for our hotels to build brand awareness.
You identify and develop services and products that resonates with our guests emotionally;
You ensure regional activations are aligned with target audience and brand values;
You monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecast of each property;
You evaluate productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI);
You develop marketing campaigns around the properties which are under your responsibility to support brand and commercial awareness;
You update the Marketing & PR team on the progress of marketing activities and reporting stakeholders on the results.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Your English is top-notch.
Willingness to travel.
You have a minimum 3+ year of experience in Marketing.
