Description
YOUR FUTURE WORKING TEAM: Reporting to the Maître d’hôtel and/or the head waiter, you will work within the restaurant team, in collaboration with the waiters.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in setting up the restaurant room and setting the table.
Participate in the set up and dismantling of meeting rooms / banquets / lunch area
Perform coffee-break service, various maintenance tasks of the workplaces and supplies
Successively intervenes in all areas of room service as needed (setting up, serving, clearing away, putting away)
Adheres to beverage service laws and regulations
Monitors and maintains cleanliness of service areas
Anticipates customer needs, responds quickly to requests
Greets all customers in a professional manner even during busy periods
Ensures that all equipment is properly stored in accordance with the establishment’s food service/banquet guidelines and in compliance with applicable regulations.
