Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and ensuring that quality standards are met by all members of the housekeeping team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns tasks and inspects designated rooms/areas;
Plans and organizes the work schedules of our employees;
Coordinates the activities of crew members and comfort attendants;
Follows up on complaints and takes steps to correct the situation;
Performs room cleaning in case of emergency or lack of staff;
Provides necessary equipment and supplies to staff;
Makes an inventory of supplies and bedding;
Train new employees to perform their duties;
Participate in team meetings and motivate attendants!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Motivating, leadership and ability to work under pressure;
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
Excellent interpersonal skills, loving being with people
Excellent organizational skills and good time management;
Diploma in hospitality or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a supervisor
