YOUR FUTURE WORK TEAM

Reporting to the Meetings and Banquet Manager, the Juice Bar Clerk is responsible for the smooth running of the fresh juice bar service in the morning.

Availability from 6am-11am, five days a week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare food orders, stock rotation and inventories every morning.
Wash dishes, glasses and utensils by hand or in a dishwasher.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the bar-top and service areas.
Adhere to all alcohol laws and regulations.
Comply with all health and safety regulations as defined by hotel and government legislation.
Basic maintenance / cleaning of equipment.
Anticipate customer needs, respond quickly and recognize guests.
Other duties assigned by the manager.
