Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, Four Points by Sheraton Auckland is preparing to reopen its doors and welcome guests after two years of working with the New Zealand government. We are thrilled to be able to relaunch the hotel’s services and want YOU to be a part of this exciting journey!

The Queen’s Head Bar & Eatery

The Queen’s Head Bar & Eatery has a history stretching back to the 1800s. The gastro pub is open all day, serving up simple but delicious New Zealand comfort food with a modern twist. Dishes will always be home cooked with the freshest seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible.

An ever-changing craft beer menu, courtesy of the Four Points Signature Best Brews™ program will keep even the most discerning beer lover happy. A range of New Zealand and international wines are also available.

About The Role
Receive orders and serve customer requests
Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
Efficiently manage settlement of customer accounts.
Answer guest queries
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
