Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of masonry tasks, including constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures within the resort.
Utilize your expertise in laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to build walls, pathways, and other features.
Apply mortar and other bonding materials accurately to ensure sturdy and secure structures.
Cut, shape, and trim stones, bricks, or blocks to fit specific requirements using hand or power tools.
Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to interpret blueprints, plans, or specifications for the precise execution of projects.
Conduct regular inspections of existing masonry structures, identifying any damages or issues that require repair or maintenance.
Assist in applying protective coatings or waterproofing materials to enhance the durability and longevity of structures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mason, preferably within a resort or hospitality environment.
In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
Proficiency in interpreting and working with blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Exceptional skills in using various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and bond materials.
Attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
