Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures throughout the resort, including pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, and showers.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems, providing appropriate solutions and executing repairs as needed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Follow plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety in all plumbing work.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent plumbing issues and ensure optimal system functionality.
Respond to service requests and troubleshoot plumbing problems promptly, providing excellent customer service to our guests and colleagues.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Adhere to resort policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings related to plumbing installations and repairs.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various settings and conditions.
