Job Description:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading, training, and motivating the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold our high standards.
Monitoring and maintaining a positive dining experience for guests, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient stock control.
Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menus that cater to our diverse customer base.
Implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant management position.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic.
Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and budgeting.
Knowledge of local food safety and sanitation regulations.
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
