Job Description For HR Coordinator

Key Job Responsibilities:

To assist and contribute to any monthly Human Resources statistics and reports
Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activities
To assist with the interviewing and pre selection of applicants in accordance with recruitments requirement
To ensure that all recruitment needs of Department heads are arranged and followed up.
Ensure that Colleagues needs are met in a timely manner, from placing ads to interviewing and hiring
Become familiar with our HR programs, including Workers Compensation, Colleagues welfare
Planning and preparing Team Gathering (scheduling, invitations, presentations, decorations)
Smooth On boarding of new Arrivals
Ensure that assisting in new team members arrival (Air ticket details) are in smooth process and have been coordinated with the Colleagues Facilities incharge.
Assisting colleagues with vacation planning, ticket booking and repatriation.
Job Requires…

Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals , policies and procedures
Research and program development skills
Time management skills
