Job Description For Hostess
Core Function:

Welcoming guests in the assigned station / place of work in a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible manner consistent with established performance and productivity standards in any of the Food and Beverage Outlets (Restaurants, Bars & Pool) in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests in a warmly, professional manner & seating them accordingly in the Restaurant/Pool Sunbeds.
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
Engaging with guests making sure they feel comfortable & are happy with their food and beverage service.
Informing guests accurate wait time, estimates and seating them in a waiting area if need be.
Answering calls & updates live reservations.
Assisting with pool and restaurant setup.
Conducting restaurant central reservations with all necessary details accordingly.
Takes part in daily briefings to discuss various aspects of central reservations and preparations.
Establishes a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationship.
Ensures that health, hygiene, and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures.
Reports for duty punctually always wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
Always maintains a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
