Are you eager to push data-driven actions in digital retailing? Do you want to define KPIs, set targets & ensure efficient steering towards them? We are looking for an analytical leader with collaborative mindset and resilience to address basics, as well as future-driven advancements.
Starting date: September 01, 2023 or upon agreement
Tasks
You are accountable for the steering of the digital retailing ecosystem incl. digital commerce (Dotcoms incl. traffic acquisition), global retail partners (OTAs, digital giants) and distribution. You lead a mostly senior team and collaborate across units driving advances in forecasting & automation.
Lead mostly senior team (>5 FTE) and interact with multiple domains (mainly digital retailing / commercial)
Responsible for KPI definition, budget allocation & continuous monitoring across digital retailing, as well as action definition & triggering to achieve targets
Setup & conduct meaningful steering rounds and structured processes for regular performance review & actioning
Ensure analytical support (both descriptive & prescriptive) in digital retailing, as well as coordinate with global business intelligence and digital analytics teams for adequate reporting landscape
Drive advances in digital retailing analytics including improved forecast modelling and further data-driven initiatives
Represent and communicate the team’s vision in various platforms

Requirements
You are a leader with focus on psychological safety that can bring experts together into a performing team. You have a background in aviation (digital retailing or commercial) and analytical work. You are a collaborative team-player & work in a structured way.
Higher educational degree (Master or equivalent) in business or relevant domain
Leadership personality including sense for team dynamics & knowledge of new ways of working
Profound knowledge of and experience in commercial airline function or similar field (5+ years)
Proven track-record in analytical capability, understanding of databases and statistical models, as well as fast analysis of potential value
Strongly developed sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and collaborative spirit with clear ability and willingness to work across functional lines
Very good spoken and written English skills
