Are you ready to shape digital air retailing? This position is responsible for the strategic picture of LHGs digital retailing including future-driven projects to push towards it. A strong conceptual skillset is key, combined with drive to structure a transformative domain in a collaborative way.
Starting date: September 1, 2023 or upon agreement

Tasks
You oversee the development and maintenance of LHG’s digital air retailing strategy, as well as the management of the project portfolio & key projects. In doing so, you are leading a team, as well as drive coordination across multiple functions mostly within the commercial & customer domains.
Lead mostly senior team (:5 FTE) and coordinate project-based resources in multiple commercial and customer domains
Ensure the creation, continuous enhancement of & plan to achieve the digital retailing target picture and alignment across multiple departments
Secure the setup and management of cross-functional projects, as well as the digital retailing portfolio
Collaborate across various LHG functions (e.g. digital retailing teams, digital hangar, local sales teams & other relevant commercial & customer units) and coordinate overarching topics within digital retailing such as communication
Report to (top) management to ensure strategy & project visibility, awareness and progress
Represent and communicate the team’s vision in various platforms

Requirements
You are a leader with focus on psychological safety that can bring experts together into a performing team. You have a background in aviation, digital retailing, project management and conceptual work. You are a collaborative team-player & work in a structured way.
Higher educational degree (Master or equivalent) in business or relevant domain
Leadership personality including sense for team dynamics & knowledge of new ways of working
Profound knowledge of and experience in digital retailing (airline distribution, e-commerce) or similar field
Strong analytical capability & conceptual mindset including sense for new trends and fast analysis of potential value
Proven track-record in project management of complex fields incl. budget responsibility
Strongly developed sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and collaborative spirit with clear ability and willingness to work across functional lines
Very good spoken and written English skills
