The Role…

We are looking for ambitious Sous chefs to join our Sous to Head chef development programme. The programme will focus on key areas such as Menu Development, Product Design, Personal Growth, Finance, People and Development, Compliance, Consistency and Supply Chain. It will run for a duration of 12 months with a view of being appointed Head chef within 6 months after completion.

You must be passionate about food, ingredients, seasonality and have the drive and ambitions to lead, recruit and inspire junior chefs.

As a Sous Chef you will work closely with the head chef to be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP.
