The Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Display and Programmatic Media coordinator with experience in Display and Programmatic, and a passion for digital marketing. Description
The Display and Programmatic coordinator will support the Global Display and Programmatic Media Manager to develop, plan and execute display media strategies to drive incremental direct web revenue, increase brand awareness and consideration. The key pillars of this job will be the follow up on full funnel campaigns, assets, budgets & invoices, new opening media activities and making analyses to contribute to the commercial objectives.
This person will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day media planning and follow up on on-going projects in liaison with our digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders. The role requires the ability to manage on operational level with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to grow to a more strategic level in the future. He/She must be able to multi-task and be able to work autonomously on his/her projects.

Role And Responsibilities
Manage display media campaigns activation. Follow up from briefing and assets to implementation.
Day-to-day work with advertising agency on quarterly or ad hoc projects.
Be actively in touch with internal (marketing, digital experience, branding, CRM, loyalty, revenue management, content etc.) and external stakeholders (agency & partners) and deliver subject matter of expertise.
Coordinate display media quarter/annual content review. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to get up to date assets.
Consistently analyze and formulate suggestions to optimize existing campaigns.
Responsible for his/her own micro projects: innovation, ab-tests, testing beta-products, marketing campaigns, etc.
Support to follow up budgets and to handle the invoices process.
Proactively identify and advise on new display advertising opportunities. Implement, manage, and scale campaigns as appropriate.
Liaise with all stakeholders to execute paid media campaigns across different markets and languages.
Identify new opportunities related to new creative formats, native ads and content optimization solutions.
Manage new opening media activation within display channel.
Supportive role with the development of best practices, educational webinars and guidelines to permeate display & programmatic knowledge across the whole organization.
Skills And Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in display media
Bachelor or Master degree
Agency experience is a big advantage
Solid quantitative and research skills with great attention to details
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Passionate about online marketing and advertising and stay up to date on the latest digital media trends.
The ability to provide relevant suggestions to test and apply new trends as appropriate for the business to find new growth opportunities within digital marketing.
Good understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem
Ability to work autonomously and to work within cross-functional teams
Problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to fast changing market conditions
Keep up to date with the latest development in the online ecosystem
Must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities.
A real team player with a can-do attitude.
Structured and well-organized
Fluent in English is a must; additional languages would be beneficial
Technical Skills
Experienced in digital marketing
Knowledge of Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360
Experience of work in Facebook Ads Manager, other social media will be an advantage
Bonus points if you have experience in:
TripAdvisor Ad Express, Amazon, Yandex Direct or any other advertising platform
web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
Social media

Studio and dynamic creatives (DCO)
Excellent in using Microsoft Office (particularly excel and power point)
