We are now looking for a Director Food and Beverage Operations to join our dynamic team here!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pre-opening implementation of Restaurant & Bar concepts and initiatives to drive accurate and profitability driven concepts
Enhance operational delivery in restaurants & bars service to increase quality and improve operational efficiency
Training area R&B teams to develop talent and drive quality
Review individual Restaurant operations to increase profitability
Procurement liaison to produce a consistent quality and increase profitability:

 

Additional Requirements:

Candidates should have 5+ years restaurant & bar experience.

Experience with pre-opening Restaurants & Bars.

Experience in Restaurant/bar operations in a leading role. Preferably in a decision-making position, with experience in financial KPI reviews.
