JOB SCOPE:

Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, share service, performance management, employee engagement and development. He/she will work closely with key stakeholders on regional HR matters to build a professional HR service delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage and proactively partner with managers and leadership team in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals
Develop employer brand externally as well as internally
Effectively deploy regional and global projects / systems / initiatives
Oversee the performance review process and continually improve the standards of performance reviews
Develop and monitor compensation and benefit programs aligned to people strategy
Identify and support learning and talent development needs to enable and support the talent strategy
Drive pipeline talent activities, continuously searching for ways to broaden talent pools
Engage strategies to effectively address retention requirements
Up to date knowledge of HR policies and local employment law
Develop, consolidate, and report on key HR analytics
Ensure HR policies are in line with local legislation and global and regional policies
Support audit & compliance activities as necessary
Be hands on when needed to support the end-to-end operational management of the employee lifecycle.
Be the stimulator and steward of PPG culture. Work with leaders and employee representative groups to refine our culture vision and turn this into tangible actions and artifacts.
Drive sustainable and meaningful wellbeing practices
Act as business partner within EMEA Regional office on HR related issues, supporting the EMEA HR Director for all HR related matter.
Embed and deliver an energized, high performing culture
Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace and design and implement practices to support growth
Lead and contribute to change management initiatives to identify and ensure any people issues
Advise on employment law related risks when structuring market entry
Lead all interactions with the board of directors from an HR perspective
Responsible for defining and delivering the people-first vision and strategy
Create HR policies and practices that are aligned with core values
Establish / define best practice and develop a roadmap for transformation in recruiting and attraction
Recruitment tools / processes / methods
Attraction strategy
Liaising with payroll, absence recording, and holiday recording systems.
Maintain and update employee’s files.
Develops and implements departmental budget.
Coordinates an international team.
Conducts HR analysis and reports.
Performs other duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ solid experience in sizable establishments.
Well versed in regional regulatory practices and knowledge in foreign employment market
Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders
Strong people management skill and ability in building multi-cultural relationships
Positive, continuously learning, strong capacity in problem-solving. Drive for excellence and flexible approach
High level of confidentiality, professionalism with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
