JOB SCOPE:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. Ensure high quality of food and beverages at all times. Maintain a clean and safe work environment and all equipment and materials are in complete readiness. Always ensure the highest level of guests services experience is met or exceeded.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer service
Serve food and drinks to guests
Maintain a clean and tidy environment of F&B area in lounges
Refills cooked hot and cold food items in the buffet line in their respective place
Pays attention to quality and freshness of food
Responsible for keeping all hot and cold lines clean and appropriate serving utensils stocked.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Form 5 or above
Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage
Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken English.
Able to work independently and under pressure
Shift duty is required
