Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist and have already worked in a comparable position. Especially helpful would be experience with MICROS as well as with a hotel software, here #atthemoxy use OPERA. But even as lateral entrants, we have already been able to successfully integrate employees!

In addition to your strengths in the front office or service at the bar, you are open and motivated to further develop your hotel know-how in all areas
You are open to a new and unconventional hotel concept as well as uncomplicated work processes
You are eloquent in German and English and maybe you even speak other languages
