Job Requirements

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warm welcome of our international guests
Check In and Check Out
Central contact for all guest requests
Supervision of the telephone system and forwarding of inquiries
Professional complaint handling

How You’ll Do It
With a passion for the hospitality industry and good service
With high attention to a positive guest experience and a smooth operation
By loving positive disruption and change
By being a warm and helpful communicator and being guest-oriented
By being a great team player and being proactive

What You’ll Bring
Ideally, a completed vocational training in the hotel industry or first experience, but it is not a must
Preferably good knowledge of the hotel software “Opera”
In addition to good knowledge of German, English and other foreign languages are very welcome
Enjoy working in a team and with people
Your strengths include reliability, commitment and flexibility
