AC was founded in 1998 by Antonio Catalán. The portfolio currently comprises more than 200 hotels in Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, Portugal, Turkey and the USA.

For our AC Hotel Würzburg, which opened in November 2021, we are looking for a highly motivated Commis de Rang (m/f/d) with a meaningful personality and hands-on mentality.
The AC Hotel Würzburg has 168 rooms with timeless interior design, 6 multifunctional conference rooms, restaurant/bar and terrace that invites you to linger and a well-equipped fitness-center.
Your Key Responsibilities…
Welcoming and biding farewell to our guestsProfessional service ( care and advice of our guests )Preparation and follow-up of the mise en placeAcceptance and handling of complaintsCompliance with quality and service standardsRegular feedback and appraisal meetingsBooking food and drinks in the POS system/Micros POSContribution of your ideas for day-to-day business
What You’ll Bring…
You bring excellent host qualities and are representative of the housepositive personality a completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry, as well as initial professional experience in a comparable position independent and self-responsible work Open-mindedness, commitment and ability to work in a teamJoy of dealing with peopleStrong guest orientationVery good German and English skills, spoken and writtenCareer changers are welcome!
