THE POSITION:
We are looking for an independent and self-reliant personality who is always there for our guests at the front desk as soon as possible.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professional and friendly care of our hotel guests (check in and check out)
Coordinating and carrying out the administrative front office tasks in coordination with our front office manager
Control of the end of the day in the area of your competence before passing it on to the accounting department
Control of daily bookings
Smooth check-in & check-out of guests according to our Delta standards
Complaint handling
Effective collaboration with all departments within our company
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Successfully completed training as a hotel specialist in the upscale hotel industry,
In-depth knowledge of MS Office and OPERA,
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken,
Well-groomed appearance, social and intercultural competence,
Strong empathy for guest and customer requests,
Marriott experience is a plus.
