AC Hotel Mainz
AC was founded in 1998 by Antonio Catalán. The portfolio currently comprises more than 200 hotels in Spain, Italy, France, Denmark, Portugal, Turkey and the USA.
In 2011, AC Hotels and Marriott formed a joint venture, combining the unique style and design of this urban-inspired upscale hotel group with the power of Marriott International’s portfolio and distribution channels.
AC Hotels by Marriott combines innovation and comfort with a style that stands for contemporary hospitality, the unique AC style.
THE POSITION:
For our AC Hotel Mainz we are looking for a highly motivated Chef de Partie (m/f/d) with a meaningful personality and hands-on mentality.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You know our complete range and advise our guests according to their preferences and wishes.
Smooth running in the shifts
Participation in the creation of new maps
Making Orders
An exciting job, for those who don’t like the everyday routine!
Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
You have completed training as a chef and have good experience in gastronomy
You enjoy cooking and are a passionate host
You like to eat and value quality, regional influences and innovation
You work independently, are flexible and able to work under pressure
You are very familiar with HACCP
You have a strong “hands on” mentality and also lend a hand across teams in bottleneck situations
