THE POSITION:

For our Delta Hotel in Offenbach, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative
Chef de Partie (m/f/d) with a meaningful personality and hands-on mentality.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Independent management and organization of a post (saucier, enteretier, garddemanger, patisserie)
• Preparation of hot and cold dishes à la carte,
buffet and banquet• Compliance and control of HACCP regulations
• Employee management
• Training of new employees and trainees

• Compliance and implementation of the specified goods requirements
• Collaboration in the creation, calculation and execution of menus and extra menus as well as
seasonal offers

Job requirements
