Job Summary: Ensure alignment and communication between Specialists and the Business, as well as prioritize projects based on the premises set by the business, aligned and supporting the strategy of the Zone Sales Director. Directly responsible for a specific number of hotels in the area.

What will you have to do?

Brand Strategy:
Participate in the definition and development of brand marketing strategies and oversee the implementation of such strategies in the hotels under their responsibility.
Support hotels in implementing the brand strategy in their marketing plans.

Marketing Plan:
Participate in the definition and design of the Annual Marketing Plan, providing feedback and inputs from the hotels under their responsibility.
Contribute to the development of the Marketing Plan for the hotels under their responsibility and ensure alignment with the brand and hotel strategy.
Definition and execution of all necessary assets for multichannel marketing in collaboration with the Zone Sales Director.
Brand Development Strategy:
Provide feedback on the brand development strategy to maximize opportunities and address the needs of the hotels in the area.
Consistently identify business needs in the area to identify requirements.

Press Visits:
Arrange and ensure the proper process for press visits in their hotels.
Control and coordinate all press visits from PR Network agencies in the hotels under their responsibility.

Budget Tracking:
Monitor the marketing budget of the hotels under their responsibility.

New Openings:
Support new openings with pre-opening marketing plans.
Execute necessary actions and asset requirements.
Coordinate the launch with the Global Marketing Director in the case of KEY HOTELS.

Social Media:
Review the Social Media calendar for all hotels in their area.
Support and coordinate content creation in hotels with social media profiles.

Partnerships:
Execute partnership actions according to brand strategy in applicable hotels.

Brand Content Strategy:
Ensure proper implementation and execution of content defined by the brand strategy in hotels.

What are we looking for?
3 to 5 years of experience.
Education in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
Knowledge of design or copywriting is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook.
Knowledge of Hotel Operations.
Spanish and German (native) or English and German (native).
Commitment to residing in Palma de Mallorca.
