ME Events is urgently recruiting outgoing, ambitious people to join them on an exciting, new marketing campaign across NYC!
This role is expected to start within the next 2 weeks and has full paid training included – allowing you to gain some great experience all whilst earning excellent money!

Summary and Day-to-Day Duties of the Events Assistant Position:
As an Events Assistant, your role will be varied and interesting, meaning that no two days are ever the same – they say variety is the spice of life and we couldn’t agree more! Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Building relationships with customers and providing a great experience at our event
Carrying out sales presentations
Completion of the sales process including the collection of customer details
Brand Representation at our branded pop-up events across the tri-state region
Carrying out face-to-face sales procedures as well as documenting customer information
Traveling to local event sites
Answering customer queries and questions

Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older (due to the travel and sales transactions involved)
Must be able to work in the USA legally (Work Visas and Authorizations are welcome)
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a strong work ethic, desire to succeed, and be a problem solver
Must be able to succeed in a slightly competitive, fast-paced environment
Must be local to the New York area as commuting to the office daily is essential
