Campaign Representative Summary:

We’re looking to grow our retail & event-based team so we can represent more brands in more places across the NYC region. We host regular training workshops to teach systematic customer service and new customer acquisition skills along with general tips for interacting with customers, product information, sales procedures, and more!

 

Here at ME Events, we believe that the most effective way to help our clients achieve their new customer acquisition goals is through face-to-face communication. Digital media is great for building brand awareness, but the message can sometimes get lost in translation, so that’s where we come in!

 

The Campaign Representative role will involve the following main duties:

 

Creating a positive and exciting atmosphere at events in an effort to attract new customers
Engaging with our client’s existing and future customers in conversation about the client
Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
Carrying out basic sales transactions for customers that express an interest in the product or service
Collecting customer details and logging new customer information
Researching our clients to gain a better understanding of how you can promote their brand
