Responsibilities
Be in charge of the assigned section to ensure smooth operation
Present and explain menu items to guests as well as making recommendations in a professional manner
Take training responsibilities; encourage teamwork and act as role model
Actively take part to provide feedbacks from guests and colleagues, helping the efficient communication between junior staff and management
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B or hotel industry
Experience in French fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants is preferred
Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented and good supervision skills
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to work split shift
