Responsibilities

Greet the guests, prepare hot beverage and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Requirements

Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Experience in French fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants will be advantages
Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to work split shift
