Responsibilities
Handle all guest enquiries and F&B reservations in an engaging and professional manner
Leverage reservation system and reply emails according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
Liaise with F&B teams to maximum restaurant capacity in smooth service flow to achieve financial targets
Maintain and update daily records and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence
Other reasonable tasks assigned by Department Heads from time to time
Requirements
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Experience of reservations or F&B operations in international luxury hotels is preferred
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-minded and good excellent telephone manner
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
