Responsibilities
Handle all guest enquiries and rooms reservations in an engaging and professional manner
Leverage reservation system and reply email according to the hotel standards, policies and procedures
Maximize rooms capacity in smooth service flow and to achieve the financial targets
Update guest profile and database
Perform other administrative tasks
Requirements
Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Experience of reservations in international luxury hotels is preferred
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Well organized and structured
Proficient in English and Cantonese, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
