Responsibilities

Assist to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
Greet the guests, take orders, deliver food & beverage items and handle payments according to hotel’s standards and procedures
Present and explain menu items to guests as well as making recommendations in a professional manner
Be in charge of the assigned section to ensure smooth operation
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Requirements

Relevant experience in F&B or hotel industry
Wine Knowledge is an advantages
Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
Pleasant, presentable, service -oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Willing to work split shift
