YOUR FUTURE WORK TEAM
Reporting to the Banqueting and Catering Manager, the incumbent is in charge of managing events in the hotel’s meeting rooms. Passionate about service, he responds to guests’ requests and makes sure to meet their expectations. He assures that they lack nothing in terms of food and beverages available to them in the meeting rooms. He carries out the setting up and removal and can participate in the service of food and drinks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcoming guests
Assistance in the assembly and dismantling of meeting rooms / banquets / lunch area
Assists with coffee break service functions, performs various workplace maintenance and supply tasks
Deliver packages or notes intended for a customer to his room or room
See to the reception of the goods, store them in the appropriate places and make an inventory if necessary
Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the hotel
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Availability from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., five days a week
Customer Service Experience
Good physical fitness
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
Be versatile, helpful and patient
Bilingualism an asset
Exceptional customer service approach
