Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations

Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues

6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
