DESCRIPTION
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the assigned properties
Handle Hotel Building Maintenance services for aircon, lighting, electrical and plumping services
Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction
Able to troubleshoot building services failure
Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations
REQUIREMENTS
Min. NITEC in Engineering, Built Environment or Facilities Management related field
Able to do 2 rotating shift work (no overnight shift)
Min. 2 years experience
