DASH LIVING
DESCRIPTION
Promote and sell Dash Living’s co-living products and services to customers according to their needs
Schedule and conduct viewings with customers
Maintain and expand customer database (cold calling, referrals, etc.)
Develop strategies and suggest ways to improve sales and ensure monthly KPIs are hit
Handle enquiries from potential clients and ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work on weekends / Public Holidays
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a “can do” attitude
Fast learner
No experience required. However, candidates with sales/retail/hospitality experience will be an added advantage
