Assistant Revenue Manager

DESCRIPTION
Assistant Revenue Manager is in charge of ensuring that strategic goals are met through a methodical approach to pricing and yield management
Forecast future pricing strategies by following the latest industry trends and applying to devise applicable rate plans to achieve occupancy and P&L targets
Weekly pricing strategy alignment with stakeholders
Ensure the distribution channel partners are operating within the standards of the partnership, and improving terms and conditions that are beneficial to all hotels
Work with Reservations executives and Head of Customer Service to ensure related efficiency and accuracy for all reservations from multiple channels
Devise and Drive Rate Plans & Packages for digital campaigns to promote direct channels, OTA channels, travel agents, wholesale and other sales channels
Document and iterate SOPs to ensure required actions are scalable
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and forecasts
Other ad hoc tasks as required by your direct manager

REQUIREMENTS
A hungry tech-savvy, data-driven expert with a passion for the hospitality industry
A minimum of 3 year’s working experience in a data analytics, revenue management or similar role
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not essential
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
Competitive and enjoy working with different challenges
People-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious
Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external parties
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and other foreign languages are a strong plus
Proficiency in G Suite/ MS Office and other cloud platforms
