Job Description For Hygiene Officer
We are looking for hygiene Officer, Interested Candidates meeting the below criteria can email their resume.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for routine inspections of the hotel in terms of receiving/storing and food preparation.
Ensure HACCP procedures are followed, and clear records are kept at all times.
Conduct regular kitchen/Bar/Stewarding audits including receiving and traceability
• Conduct regular inspections and audit in the hotel premises to ensure strict compliance to food safety and the HACCP structure.
• Responsible for auditing the internal operations as well as our external suppliers.
-Adhere to guidelines of Dubai Municipality and local authorities
-Monitor the production of food to ensure it complies with company standards and guidelines.
-Evaluate systems and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement in the delivery of products and services.
– Ensure new joiners are inducted with proper departmental orientation, explain HACCP principles and hotels/ venue’s hygiene policy.
Requirements
4 years minimum experience in similar role is essential in hospitality industry. Possess the ability to communicate effectively with the team and deliver consistently.
Team player, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
