Job Description For Senior Cold Kitchen Chef
The Senior Cold Kitchen Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of all cold dishes in the new concept restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new menu items for the cold kitchen section- Manage and train junior chefs on cold kitchen techniques and procedures- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the cold kitchen section- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service- Monitor food costs and make recommendations for cost savings- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent knowledge of cold kitchen techniques and ingredients- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. The Senior Cold Kitchen Chef will play a crucial role in the success of the new concept restaurant.
