Minimum five years related experience in high high-end upscale restaurants.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
strong experience in continental cuisine ( Grills, Pastr, Pizza)
Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must be enthusiastic enough to absorb and innovate new ideas, study new cuisines and concepts.
