Maintenance Officer

Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This integral position is responsible for carrying out repairs and general maintenance within the Hotel, as well as at Elysia Wellness Retreat. Shift times start from between 8am – 10am, and finish between 4pm – 6pm.

About the role:

Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
Maintain daily work records and service schedules
Qualifications
Successful applicants will have:

Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
A passion for delivering exceptional service;
Strong time management skills;
An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
Excellent interpersonal and communications.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays if required
