ABOUT HOTEL NASSAU BREDA
Hotel Nassau Breda | Autograph Collection is part of Marriott International and is located in a former monastery in the center of the burgundian city of Breda. Hotel Nassau Breda offers 94 rooms, bar Heiligdom, a characteristic chapel (capacity 300 pax) for weddings, parties and also 5 spacious meeting facilities. Hotel Nassau Breda is an Autograph Collection hotel, one of the 30 brands of Marriott International. The hotel is part of the Odyssey Hotel Group, the fastest growing hotel management company in Europe.
THE POSITION
As Breakfast Cook at Hotel Nassau Breda, you are responsible for providing the complete prescribed breakfast for our hotel guests. The number of hours (full-time or part-time) can be determined in consultation.
Hotel Nassau Breda is looking for you. Someone who wants to take care of breakfast for our guests with enthusiasm and has the following qualities:

Job Requirements
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking after and maintaining the breakfast buffet;
Independently perform mise-en-place duties;
Assessing ingredients to be used for freshness, shelf life, etc;
Passing and/or preparing orders according to recipes;
Receiving and storing delivered items;
Ensuring and following HACCP guidelines.
Other duties may include providing lunch at meetings and events.
