Responsibilities

Welcoming and Greeting:

Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a positive first impression.

 

Front Desk Operations

Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries accurately and promptly.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented.

 

Customer Service

Assist clients and visitors by providing information, answering inquiries, and addressing their needs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering personalized assistance and resolving any issues or concerns.

 

Appointment Scheduling And Coordination

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as required.
Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure the availability of necessary resources.

 

Administrative Support

Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.

 

Communication And Coordination

Communicate effectively with internal teams, relaying messages and information accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
