Job role:

Looking for leading engineering technicians
Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
Conducting predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications.
Assist with overseeing the physical operations of the property, including maintenance and repair of interior and exterior of buildings, rooms and contents, kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
Having indepth knowledge on facilities related activites (MEP, Civil, etc).
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Basic knowlede on Audio Visual / IT is an added advantage
