Tasks
You provide information by connecting data sources and developing tableau dashboards. You identify deviations and opportunities as well as enabling steering capabilities.
BI & Analytics
Holistic and multidimensional business performance analysis
Develop new KPIs for Performance and success measurement
Develop new Tableau Dashboards
Ensure data quality
Reporting
Ensure steering & performance analysis of ancillary offers or touchpoints
Prepare comprehensive information and decision items based on data insights
Be responsible for performance monitoring of the “4Ps” (all flight related ancillary product types, price, promotions, placement/various touchpoints)
Product Development and innovation
Support ancillary products development and innovation process
Initiate measure to expand or improve sales of ancillaries and customer relevance along the entire customer journey at various customer touchpoints

Requirements
University degree in IT, data science, economics or comparable long-term practical experience
Experience in BI, reporting, and/ or other relevant aviation fields is a strong advantage
Strong analytical skills and precise working methods, preferably knowledge in statistics
Very good knowledge of Tableau, SQL, cloud based data integration, etc.
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (esp. PPTX)
Capability to break down complex issues and display them in a clear way
Capability to run BI queries, produce data visualizations, reports and dashboards
Proactive & independent style of working
Team player and willingness to learn
Comfortable and competent in an international environment
Willingness to travel
Very good spoken and written English skills, German is an advantage
