About the job
The Customer Information Management team ensures reliable information in customer communication across the Lufthansa Group airlines. As a member of the team, you will drive content for customer communication and plan its distribution through various communication channels.
Starting date: September 01, 2023 or upon agreement

Tasks
In this role, you are responsible of orchestrating and steering customer-relevant information across all customer communication channels of Lufthansa Group airlines:
Collect customer relevant information by establishing and maintaining exchange with multiple internal product departments with focus on digital developments
Manage content planning and creation of customer information incl. editing for external customer communication channels
Allocate messages with a cross-channel view in customer communication touchpoints and execute distribution to communication channel owners
Contribute to our internal information formats (newsletter, information hub, etc.) and update our stakeholders on product & service news
Manage internal & external stakeholder: coordination with airline teams (i.e. digital developing teams, marketing,) and steering agencies

Requirements
University degree in communication, marketing, information management or related field
4 years of relevant experience in communication, marketing, information management and/or other relevant fields
Exceptional communication and editing skills, with a high level of creativity and the ability to identify target audiences and create content
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Team player with a strong enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take on new and challenging tasks and independent, structured way of working
Intercultural competence & comfortable working in a multi-location team
Fluent German and English language skills
