Up to £65,000pa + excellent bonus and benefits

Location: Remote but with approx. 3days pw based on our Energy & Resource client sites across Scotland, extensive travel required

Permanent

Work Pattern – 40 hrs pw Monday to Friday flexibility required

Job Introduction

Sodexo Energy and Resources have a fantastic new opportunity for a Regional Manager to provide leadership to site management covering an assigned regional portfolio across Scotland. Sodexo’s Energy & Resources team serves clients across specialist industries: oil & gas; mining and engineering; construction plus other energy sectors.

In this role you will lead the delivery of profitable growth across multiple sites; you will do this by building strong relationships, providing leadership to site management, driving continuous improvement and looking for innovation solutions.

Acting as the strategic link between the senior leadership team and the site-based managers, you will take ownership of regional financial performance and operational leadership whilst ensuring compliance and risks are mitigated.

With a commercial focus you will demonstrate a high level of thought leadership, acting as a change agent to drive the business forward.

Main Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

The delivery of district financial business performance in line with agreed site, segment, and regional targets.
Support the successful, safe compliant delivery of services across client portfolio to drive retention and growth within the business
Develop and support strategic account management through leadership of site teams
Ensure best in class health, safety environment and quality compliance across district portfolio
Supporting and coordinating the mobilization of new contracts including the management of mobilization plans and associated documentation
Leading the implementation of segment, central and regional initiatives, ensuring effective change management, seamless implementation, and adoption (by site teams
Oversight of/and leading (where applicable) site specific projects
Oversight of people related matters (across client portfolio) and provision of support with HR processes
Lead the site management to drive operational and commercial improvements to maximise and achieve the highest level of contract performance.
Develop people skills and mobilise personnel across sites

Demonstrable experience of supporting successful multi-discipline operations teams in a service business to business, multi-site environment and across traditional functional.
