Job Introduction
As a Mobile cleaning supervisor,at Sodexo in the East Midlands & Lincolnshire area. You’ll supervise multiple sites and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment.You’ll interact with our clients daily, and you’ll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet! What you’ll do:
Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
In this role, you’ll be given a lot of responsibility to ensure yours and you’re teams tasks are carried out within the timescales given.
Use your own initiative in reviewing the impact that your team are having on you’re site, as your leadership should pave the way of successful feedback from the client.
Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances. Also ensuring that a record of this is kept for compliance.
Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.
Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.
What You Bring
Full UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
Be a team player and take instruction

Package Description
40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, Flexibility required
£11.42 per hour
Full uniform supplied
